Cancellation Policy – Black Car Service Dallas

Dallas Black Cars Service strives to provide excellent service while maintaining a clear, fair, and simple cancellation, deposit, and service policy. By booking with Dallas Black Cars Service, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Cancellation Policy

   Cancellations must occur during the stated timeframes for each vehicle type. Cancellations outside these periods will result in full charges for the reserved services.

2. Vehicle-Specific Cancellation Policy

1. Sedans and Luxury Sedans

   • Cancellation window: At least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.

   • Late cancellation: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

2. SUVs

   • Cancellation window: At least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.

   • Late cancellation: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

3. Mercedes Sprinters and Luxury Vans

   • Cancellation window: At least 72 hours before the scheduled service.

   • Late cancellation: Full charge applies.

3. Deposit Policy

   • Cancellation window: At least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.

   • Late cancellation: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

4. Alcohol and Illegal Substances

   • Alcohol allowed only for passengers 21 and older.

   • Illegal substances strictly prohibited. Service will be canceled immediately with no refund and possible legal action.

   • Smoking is not allowed in any vehicle.

How to cancel a reservation

Call Dallas Limo Black Cars at +1 214-897-8056 or email info@dallaslimoandblackcars.com with your name, pickup date, and booking reference. A team member confirms the cancellation in writing. The free-cancel window is measured from the scheduled pickup time, not from the time the request is sent, so send it early enough to land inside the window for your vehicle.

Sedans, luxury sedans, and SUVs can be canceled without a fee at least 24 hours before pickup. Mercedes Sprinters, executive vans, minibuses, and larger group vehicles need at least 72 hours. Inside those windows the reserved trip is charged in full because the chauffeur and vehicle have already been held. Airport rides follow the same windows. If your flight is delayed, call as soon as the new arrival time is known so dispatch can adjust the pickup instead of treating the trip as a no-show.

Changes to the pickup address, destination, date, or passenger count are accepted in the same windows when the vehicle type still fits the trip. A larger vehicle or added hours may change the price, and the updated total is confirmed before the chauffeur is dispatched. No-shows and vehicles turned away for smoking or prohibited items are billed as a late cancellation. Deposits already collected are applied to the final charge, and any amount above the deposit is billed to the card on file.
